This charcoal is made from acacia wood and has a sorting of 20–80 mm. The coals are easy to light and give off heat quickly, ideal for short grilling sessions. The even combustion ensures a stable fire, without excessive smoke development. Suitable for all charcoal barbecues.

Perfect for steaks, burgers, vegetables or when you want to start quickly.

Charcoal = fast & hot.
Briquettes = stable & long-lasting.

Both have their moment. At Giant Flames you choose the fuel that suits your way of grilling.

  1. Fill the barbecue with the desired amount of charcoal. Stack loosely, so sufficient air can reach it.
  2. Place 2 to 3 firelighters on top of the charcoal or use a fire wool.
  3. Light the firelighting products with a long match or gas lighter.
  4. Let the flame work its way down calmly. The coals underneath will gradually ignite, giving you a calm, even combustion.
