Take your barbecue or smoked dish to a higher level with these smoking wood chips. Perfect for adding flavour to meat, fish or vegetables on the barbecue or smoker. Soak the chips briefly in water, wine or beer for extra aroma, sprinkle them directly on the coals or in a smoke box and let the smoke do its work.

Fill the Giant Flames smoke box to about three-quarters and place it directly on the hot coals or on the grill above a burner. This way you get constant, controlled smoke without flames, exactly what your dish needs.

Soft and fruity. Ideal for chicken, pork and fish. Provides a subtle sweet smoke flavour without overpowering. Soak for 30 minutes before use.

Aromatic and slightly sweet. Delicious with poultry, duck and lamb. Gives a deep red colour to the meat. Soak for at least 30 minutes for a mild, full smoke.

Strong and powerful. Pairs well with beef, game and spare ribs. Gives a classic BBQ flavour with lots of depth. For a softer tone, optionally mix with apple or cherry.

Mild and neutral. A safe choice for fish, chicken and vegetables. Provides a light smoke flavour without dominating the dish. Perfect for all-round use.
