Take your barbecue or smoked dish to a higher level with these smoking wood chips. Perfect for adding flavour to meat, fish or vegetables on the barbecue or smoker. Soak the chips briefly in water, wine or beer for extra aroma, sprinkle them directly on the coals or in a smoke box and let the smoke do its work.

Fill the Giant Flames smoke box to about three-quarters and place it directly on the hot coals or on the grill above a burner. This way you get constant, controlled smoke without flames, exactly what your dish needs.
