The perfect firepower with Giant Flames
Baking an apple cake on the BBQ sounds simple, but appearances can be deceiving. This is one of those dishes where temperature is everything. Too hot and the outside is already cooked while the inside is still soft. Too low and your cake dries out before it has a nice rise. So you are looking for stable, controlled heat that gives the batter time to cook slowly. That is exactly where you make the difference between “pretty good” and “taking another slice”.
Giant Flames coconut briquettes
For this type of preparation, you mainly want peace and quiet in your BBQ. Coconut briquettes are known for their long and even burn time, without major temperature fluctuations. This means you have to make fewer adjustments and have more control during baking. How nice is it to simply be able to leave the lid closed and trust that it will turn out well? Additionally, they produce minimal smoke, so the flavor of apple and cinnamon remains beautifully balanced. Exactly what you need for a dessert that is perfect from start to finish.

Light up your BBQ, keep the heat steady, and let that apple cake slowly bake to perfection. This is the kind of dessert that leaves everyone speechless… until the first bite is taken.
