- 1 red onion
- 200 g halloumi
You’ll need:

- Metal or wooden skewers (soak beforehand)

Here’s how to make it:

Cut the vegetables and halloumi into large chunks. Marinate briefly in oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. - Assembling the skewers
Alternately thread the vegetables and halloumi onto the skewers. - Grilling
