Heat your plancha like a pro with Giant Flames
Baking your own flatbread on a steel ring or fire bowl is outdoor cooking in its purest form. To get that dough to puff up airily in just a few minutes and give it a perfect golden brown, crispy crust, your griddle needs to be scorching hot. That calls for a continuous heat source!
Giant Flames coconut briquettes
Although our coconut briquettes are known as the king of low & slow cooking, they are also the ultimate fuel for heating up and maintaining the temperature of a thick steel plancha. Thanks to the large size of the briquettes, they deliver enormous, stable heat. Exactly what that griddle needs!
