The moistest s’mores with Giant Flames
A skillet dessert is all about timing and control. You want a crispy edge, but a soft inside. Too much heat and your cake dries out or burns on the bottom. Too little heat and you miss that beautiful texture and caramelization. So it is about balance, and you need to be able to maintain that balance throughout the entire baking process. That requires fuel that reacts predictably and remains stable.
Giant Flames charcoal briquettes
With dishes like this, you don’t want any surprises. Charcoal briquettes provide constant and even heat, so you know exactly where you stand. How nice is it when you don’t have to constantly make adjustments while your dessert is baking? The stable burn time ensures that your cake cooks evenly, without hotspots under your pan. Additionally, they produce minimal smoke, allowing the sweet flavors of chocolate and marshmallow to come into their own. That makes this dessert not only easier, but simply better.

Place that skillet on the grill, let the chocolate melt, and turn your BBQ into the dessert station of the evening.
